This a 3d printing historical helmet for cosplay. You can see such a helmet in the movie 300 Spartans at King Leonidas.
Leonidas, king of Sparta (reigned c. 490–480 BC), commanded the Greeks during their legendary confrontation with the Persians at Thermopylae. King Leonid gave the opportunity to his entire army, except for the Spartans, to leave. After a bloody battle, the defenders of the passage, the 300 Spartans, were destroyed. King Leonidas and his warriors were honored with a monument on the battlefield.
Our Spartan Helmet is modeled by a talented 3d modeler. This is a 3d printing helmet that you have to paint yourself! The great value of such a helmet is that you can design it the way you like.
We propose you 4 options to choose from:
1. Just a 3d print - this is a helmet printed on a 3d printer, with no processing.
2. 3d print +prime - primed helmet, prepared for painting.
3. DIY raw kit - Set (raw 3d printing + soft padding + plumage)
4. DIY primed kit - Set (3d print + prime + soft padding + plumage).
Note: Raw kit is exactly the unprocessed 3d print. You need to sand it down and fit it. There may be small artifacts (e.g. spots) on the raw 3d prints. If you choose +primer, this product has a smoothed finish, with all seams patched and covered. A perfectly smooth texture, ready to paint!
So, if you choose the priming options, the helmet will be coated with two layers of protective primer. Paint and varnish are not applied to this helmet, so you can paint it however you want.
The King Leonidas cosplay helmet is made of BIO PLA, an environmentally friendly plastic that is made from corn. This material is not afraid of water, direct sunlight, has a light weight and is very durable.
The 3d printed Spartan Helmet comes in a standard size around the head of 58 cm. But we can make a custom size (send us your head measurements).
