• Masks (cosplay masks) — 4–7 business days
  
• Helmets (custom helmets, Mandalorian style, Star Wars fan made props) — 3–10 business days

• Flight suits - soft parts: 4-6 days
  
• Armor pieces: 10–14 business days.
  
• Full Costume (“Costume like on photos” option): 1–3 months.
  
• Custom orders: timelines depend on complexity and are discussed individually.
  
  Tip: Always confirm your expected delivery date, especially if you're planning wear for a convention or photoshoot.

• Helmets:

S: 57–59 cm (~22.4–23.2 in)
M: 60–61 cm (~23.6–24 in)
L: 62–63 cm (~24.4–24.8 in)

• Armor, flight suits, and soft parts: Standard sizes S, M, L. ( Look at size chart )
  
• If a standard size doesn’t fit you, select the Custom Size option and contact us — we’ll send you a Google Sheet to fill out all your measurements. If you’re unsure or we missed something, just reach out and we’ll guide you.
  
  Tip: Providing precise measurements ensures a perfect fit and avoids delays.

Answer:

1. You send reference images.
   
2. We assess complexity and discuss timeline and cost with you.
   
3. You pay the deposit and send payment proof + your measurements.
   
4. We create a 3D model; you get to review and request 2‑3 rounds of revisions.
   
5. Once approved, we do a test print.
   
6. If the test is fine — we move to finishing: painting, detailing, sealing, and assembly.
   
   Note: Custom pieces are handmade and require time to ensure high quality.

• Fabrics: Only natural, breathable fabrics so you don’t over‑heat — linen and cotton.
• For 3d print we use Plastics: PLA (eco‑friendly) and PETG for durable and safe prints.
• Genuine leather 100%

Answer:
Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely. We use durable boxes, fill empty spaces with paper, and wrap all props in bubble wrap for maximum protection.

Before shipping, every piece is double-checked and photographed to confirm its perfect condition.

If your order is meant as a gift, let us know — we can add a simple gift wrapping or a small note

Although we’re not responsible for damage caused during delivery, in case of serious damage that can’t be fixed with glue, we’ll send you a replacement part.

Answer:

• Full payment upfront is ideal, but we also offer split payment plans:
  40% upfront, then 30% + 30%.
  Or 50% upfront, 50% before shipping.

• Work begins after we receive the initial deposit.
  
• Before shipping, if you choose split payment we send you photos/videos of the finished piece for your approval.

7. How is shipping handled?

Answer:

• Standard shipping: Up to 17 days (included in order; slower).
  
• Paid express shipping: Via UPS or Nova Global Express — typically 8–12 days depending on flights/logistics.
  
  Packaging & damage policy: We use heavy‑duty packing: each item wrapped in bubble wrap, voids filled with paper or foam for shock protection. Prior to shipping we photograph and check the items twice.
  
  Damage during transit: If there is serious damage that can't be fixed with super‑glue, we will manufacture and ship a new damaged part — although we do not take full responsibility for carrier shipping damage beyond our packaging diligence.

• Early in production minor adjustments may be possible up to 3 days after order
  
• Once materials are cut, 3D printed or finishing begins, changes can incur extra cost or may no longer be possible.
  
  Tip: Confirm all specifications upfront to avoid surprises.

Yes — we can prioritize your order for faster turnaround.

Important: A rush order typically adds 30% to 40% to the final price, depending on how much our schedule needs to be shifted and materials expedited.

Answer:

• To keep your prop in great condition, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or high temperatures (above 35 °C / 95 °F) — heat can deform painted or plastic parts.
  
• Flight suits (made from cotton or linen) can be machine washed at 30–40°C (86–104°F) — gentle cycle, hang dry.
  
• Masks, helmets, and armor pieces: wipe gently with a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or heat.
  
• Store items in a cool, dry place; avoid stacking heavy items on top of fragile parts; keep away from moisture, dampness, and direct UV exposure.

Answer:

• Custom orders allow extra options: painting styles, weathering, LED lighting, body modifications.

• More complex customizations often extend time and increase cost — we’ll quote accordingly.

• We recommend you ask for WIP (work‑in‑progress) photos at key stages so you can approve or request adjustments.

Answer:

• All our cosplay props are handmade to order, so we normally don’t accept returns.
• If you need to cancel, please do it within 3 days after placing the order — after that, production begins and materials are used.
• If a refund is approved, we refund 90% of the order total; 10% is kept to cover bank and transaction fees.
• Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after approval.
