Our First Order TIE Fighter Pilot cosplay helmet is printed on a 3d printer and hand painted with expensive automotive paints.
We used a double varnish coating which provides excellent wear-resistance. It has a high service life and no problems such as deterioration / wear are encountered.
Materials: the tie fighter pilot helmet is made of Bio PLA plastic (corn based). It is easy to dissolve and does not harm our planet :) This BIO PLA plastic will not cause you allergies, so it is safe to use.
Size: from 56cm around the head to 59cm around the head. If you have a non-standard head size, please let us know!
Color: Black with red stripes (аn identical replica of the helmet from the movie). But we can also make such helmet in any color you wish!
