Orders creation time is from 3 days to 4 weeks.
Before purchasing please contact us, also it depends what kind of shipping method you choose.

We make helmets, masks and armor based on your individual body measurements.

Replicas and some other props have standard sizes.

Custom orders can't be changed.

If you need Rush orders and express delivery, we will help!

Express shipping UPS delivery 4-8 days.

But it is not cheap starting from 50$ depend how big parcel.

We always reply to you in 24 hours, excluding some holidays and weekends.

All our props & cosplay parts are packed in dabble carton box, foam and bubble wrap.

We refund only 90% of the order. 10% will be kept to pay all bank expenses and transactions fees
